Hongo Yuzuha a annoncé aujourd'hui dans le Weekly Young Magazine (voir plus bas) la sortie de son 1er photobook pour le 29 juin 2022.

Elle a participé aux auditions Sakamichi le 20 août 2018. Elle a été promue dans 2nde génération Keyakizaka46 en février 2020. Elle rejoint la 2nde génération Sakurazaka46 le 14 octobre 2020.
